About My Kitchen
Hi, my name is Sima. I love baking and cooking healthy, delicious food.

My mother, Rachel, a native of Morocco, was a lifelong cook and baker. Every day, when I came home from school, exquisite smells came from our kitchen and greeted me at the front gate. Friends and neighbors, drawn in by the enticing aromas, were welcomed to share in the delectable dishes my mother had made that day. Through my work in the kitchen, I hope to bring this experience to my family, friends, and people in the community. Thank you, Mom, for the rare gift you gave me!
I take great care to use fresh, high-quality, and healthy ingredients. Most ingredients are organic and I never use white sugar or butter. With these principles in mind, I use techniques to ensure that the items I bake are healthy, flavorful, and delicious. This enables you to enjoy nutritious food without white sugar or butter. All items are low in sodium and Kosher.
I welcome catering orders for up to 15 people. Please note that items that should be in the refrigerator will be baked and cooked on the day of order pickup.
Our Products
I take great pride in making all of my products with high-quality ingredients, many of which are organic. Tiny, if any, salt or oil is used to make my products. When cooking with oil, I use a minimal amount of 100% pure avocado or high-quality olive oil. For baking, I usually use 100% pure coconut oil, unless otherwise specified. As for sweeteners, I usually use organic 100% pure maple syrup, unless otherwise specified; and in combination with pure vanilla extract. More importantly, I never use white flour, white sugar, butter, food coloring, gelatin, MSG, or preservatives in my products.
The result is a tasty, flavorful, healthy food that is low in sodium, and sugar, and lower in calories. Many items are gluten-free and vegan. Everything is made in a Kosher kitchen with Kosher ingredients.
Please note that items designated gluten-free are made using gluten-free ingredients (e.g., almond flour, gluten-free and vegan oat flour, gluten-free and aluminum-free baking powder, gluten-free baking soda, etc.). However, they are not made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.
