Tiramisu cake

"Tiramisu cake" is one of my favorite cakes.


Without all the original raw ingredients, I wondered how I could create a healthy recipe. With approximately 50% fat in Mascarpone cheese, many eggs, high white sugar levels, gelatin, and heavy whipped cream, it seemed like a challenge. However, after several attempts, I finally reached the correct result, and here it is ready for you to read and make and order to enjoy my healthy Tiramisu cake.


The crust is made with 70% dark chocolate, gluten-free, and sugar-free with stevia sweetener. The cake itself is crafted with gluten-free almond flour and gluten-free, aluminum-free baking powder. The cream is made with two types of cheese and without whipped cream. The sauce is a delightful blend of chocolate liqueur and espresso layered over the cream. The lady finger cookies are made with gluten-free almond flour, organic ground almonds, pecans, walnuts, and no sugar powder on top. Finally, the cake is topped with gluten-free and organic unsweetened cocoa powder.


This cake is made lime an art of layer by layer and requires a lot of attention to detail. Therefore, baking this cake requires time. All the effort is worth it in the end! In addition to being beautiful and impressive, this Tiramisu is unique and special. This dessert is soft inside, and the cream has a delicious texture like a mousse.
